Please read these terms before downloading anything. If I or any of the other staff catch you violating these terms there will be consequences. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.

1. Do not claim anything as your own.
It took us time to make all of the designs here. We wouldn't appreciate it if you went and claimed them as yours.

2. Leave all credits and watermarks alone.
Please do not mess with any of the credits. They are to stay as they are. There must be a link to Psycho-Garden somewhere on any layout. However, for PNGs you may erase the watermark before using them in your designs. Just be sure to put a credit somewhere stating that you got the PNG from here.

3. Do not redistribute any of our graphics.
Do not redistribute any of the graphics found on this site. You may see some by the staff redistributed on their individual sites but they made them so they can do as they please with their own graphics. However, you as the visitor may not do so at all.

4. Do not copy or alter anything here.
We took the time to code everything here and design everything, you may not rip off anything we have made.

5. Wallpapers are for personal use only.
This means that you may only use our wallpapers for your desktop. You may not make your own graphics with them.

6. Do not direct link.
Currently, everything is on my own server. I would appreciate it if you would save to your own server so that my bandwidth quota doesn't go into overkill. Kthx.
